Great, how much brain activity must cease before we say someone had passed away? Enough that they actually have passed away, and aren't just disabled to the point of making you uncomfortable.

The coward is on the Tenet Hospital Board now. I wonder if anyone else's life is in his hands. It was a Tenet Hospital in California that overdosed a man so they could harvest his organs. Thanks again,Jeb.
