Mitt is the most genuinely accomplished person running for President on either side, based on his experience with the Olympics, venture capital, turning businesses around, and being Governor.
He’s going about his current challenge by running as a center-right conservative Republican. That’s not artificial, he’s simply running for President in the same vigorous success-oriented way he’s done other things. Should he get the nomination, he will be a formidable candidate, as he is quite articulate in debates and has run an efficient campaign. Should he win the White House, conservatives would have a President better than GWB on many issues (fiscal/spending, immigration), and at least as good on all the rest (life, Judges, GWOT, etc). JMHO.
see my point?
Romney sure beats Hillary but he’s a Mormon for Chrissakes and “only decided he’s pro-life” a few years ago when he started this run and his wife gave to Planned Parenthood.
I fear that. A Mormon of any conviction doesn't’t need to be 50 years old to reach an epiphany on infanticide.
No way.
I’m Southern Baptist...we are much like Mormons on culture issues. I meet a pro-abortion Southern Baptist, I consider them apostate.
It is our crucible and mine personally along with gun rights, illegals and driving a stake thru the heart of both Islam and political correctness.
Hunter
Fred
Mitt
I also like Huckabee, but think he has even less chance than Hunter. However, if someone other than Fred wins the nomination, I can see Huckabee as one of the best VP choices ever. Even Fred should give him a look, though two Southerners on the same ticket might be passing up a chance to help ourselves in a battleground state.
