Even a special-ed student of history would know that the principles of the Democratic Party applied behind the Iron Curtain led to the deaths of more than 100 million souls and the impoverishing of better than 1 billion, while at the same time conservative principles led to the prosperity of the Western world and the highest standard of living for the poor in history...
