“The call left Coulter uncharacteristically flustered ....”

I read the transcript of the exchange, and Ann didn’t sound flustered to me. She started slinging the mud right back at Lizzie, while Lizzie continued her inane and incoherent diatribe.

Have you ever noticed that the MSM reporters always make EXACTLY the same mistakes when charachterizing Coulter events? They don't actually look at the tapes or read what Ann writes - instead they just quote verbatim from their morning Media Matter faxes.

I saw the exchange and I didn’t think she tried that hard to respond to Ms. Edwards. My take on it was that she was angry at Matthews for setting her up like that, you could see the anger in her body language.

But she had sense enough not to say anything to Chrissy after the Edwards call was over, and just let him look like a jerk, which he definitely did.
