I don’t think Ann Coulter has ever been “flustered” in her life. And it would take a better man than Mrs. Edwards to do it!

Golly, within the provided context, this sounds pretty bad. Worse then the incident I'm think they are referencing.
Its kind of the way legends are made I suppose. The story is repeated in an echo chamber until it morphs into what is desired.
It would have been nice if ABC had made a tiny little attempt to explain what Ann’s remark meant, instead of reporting it out of context. You know, just like they reported Edward’s “I shouldn’t name-call” remark.
I guess that’s just expecting too much.

Edwards is clearly desperate for attention and fundraising dollars.
Hopefully, both of his supporters realize that leaders don't send their spouses out to defend their honor or whine when someone bests them.
