My opinion is that both O’Reilly and Li took multiple threads out of context and then broad-casted them on TV. Mr. Robinson was directly effected, however anyone who posts was also tarred by the same brush. This was not even an issue of due diligence on the part of them. There actions were deliberate, misleading and malicious with intent to harm FR members as a class. I believe it is provable that they were pushing a political agenda by intentionally misrepresenting the facts and defaming a class of people with malice.

I am not a lawyer. If I was Mr. Robinson I would have been on the phone to the lawyers asap. I know the legal system is ugly and expensive, however it is necessary in this case of unjustified and repeated media attacks

I'm not sure if it would make sense from a financial perspective, but his attorney can advise him of that.
