FR has been mentioned more than once on national TV as a "hate site." Why? Because there are plenty of posts and posters here whose output would lead outsiders to reasonably conclude that it is. That's just a plain fact, whether you like it or not.
In many ways it's an image problem -- but image problems are real, too, and they lead to more difficult problems down the road.
