Nobody hates winter as much as I do.

Okay, maybe. But I've gotta be close.

We have a relative down in the southern part of Texas. A few days ago (bear in mind that it's been BLAZING hot here, over 100 degrees the past week) my wife and I were talking about winter, and Texas, I took the time and effort to find out that in mid-January it's SIXTEEN DEGREES warmer down in south Texas, on average, than it is here.

And this isn't even really the COLD part of the country.

Know where I'm gonna buy a small house when I get the money?

I know what winter in the Corpus/San Antonio is like.
It was 85 degrees on Christmas Day when I lived there.

I live in Oregon.
While it’s not THAT cold...it rains month after month after month.

I enjoy summer here...all two months of it. ;o)

I know it’s been extremely hot, and wet, there.
My home state of Mississippi has been going through the same thing, except for the wet part.

.
Where?
