Rudy has not promised to appoint conservative judges to the USSC.

He has promised to appoint Strict Constructionists.

I'd take a Strict Constructionist over a "conservative" with an agenda ANY DAY.

Except that, according to Rudy, a Strict Construtionist could uphold Roe.

Which means he has no friggin' clue what that term means.
