Ask any kid in High School about his "freedom of speech" and why he is not fully covered by our Federal Constitution.
Ask anyone in the military if they are covered by our Constitution, or must obey the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) instead.
As a parent:
If I can bring this child into the world, I can take him out!
