Mormonism does not teach that killing is "OK." Killing may sometimes be necessary in extraordinary cases, such as war or self-defense. But it is never "OK."

Personally, I see no reason to suppose that the perpetrators of the Mountain Meadows Massacre can be forgiven for their crime. They plotted and committed murder in cold blood. I believe that each will receive the full measure of punishment for his sins in hell.

Fortunately, I am not the ultimate judge in such cases.
