Nope. Connecticut. I couldn’t believe the prices. I stood there for five minutes staring, hoping to find the error. My two sons just developed a taste for orange juice and the price doubled in a week.
Ame in MA ray. And meat has doubled, too. We don’t buy ice cream anymore since it went to almost 7.00 for what used to be a gallon, but is now a smaller package.
You have to remember the frost on the orange crop last winter has a lot to do with the price of orange juice.
Instead of going to the store with a list, take the ads and buy what is on sale. You will save money and get more variety in your diet. Either that or get a chicken coop. I will say I bought a chicken at Walmart last week for $4.00. They have been $5 for a long time. This one had such big breasts, it could have been taken for Dolly Parton. I split them into four pieces.

FWIW, oranges are picked during the orange harvest season which begins in January and finally ends in June. Any increases in demand btwn July 1 and Dec. 31 will tend to force the price of OJ up.
Obviously, your two sons are the source of the rising OJ price.
