Sorry, went to a one room school with wood heat and outdoor bathrooms in northern Vermont.

Seven students our smallest year, 18 our largest, all 8 grades except for the "7" year.

As such, a little rough around the "social" edges. We became so upset by the state of present schools, we homeschooled our kids.

If you went to a present public school, I suppose I should excuse your ignorance of what I would consider "basic knowledge" that everyone should have.

By the way, look closely at your first sentence here, it doesn't make sense. Just because it passes "spell check" doesn't mean it has proper grammr or structure.

I was not ignorant about all major mountain ranges being fault lines, I was simply asking a question regarding how closely connected they are. I realize that there is a great distance between the two locations but simply because one location has an earthquake doesn't mean that the other will. I may not have phrased my question properly, I was not aware that the gramar police was on patrol.
