I can't wait to hear his discussion about the diversity thing. I've noticed the very thing that the guy's study determined. people go all internal and stop even talking over the fence.

I’m the perfect example,elderly Chineese on one side,another elderly Cineese couple kitty corner in the back left,then a halfway house directly behind me,then an elderly “white” couple kittycorner on the back right and the Mexicans just moved out on the other side of me.....I haven’t talked to an immediate neighbor in years except for the Finlanders across the street ;-)
