Two big programming notes: Karl Rove will appear on the Rush Limbaugh Show in his first post-resignation announcement interview tomorrow, Wednesday, at 1PM ET.

In addition, Rush's hilarious skit will open a special edition of the 1/2 Hour News Hour, airing twice this Friday night, at 8PM and 11PMET on Fox News Channel. bttt
