It’ll take a very good educational campaign program by Republicans to make them realize that the Dem Party jumped ship on middle-class America decades ago.

Schumer wrote a book about appealing to middle-class America, and they specifically sought "moderates" to run in 2006. We'll see what the GOP can do with it in 2008, but the neoCOMs have some huge contradictions that they built themselves.
