Why does a FIRST LADY have papers that should be sealed in the first place? President Clinton, to my disgust, was elected to the Presidency, not Bill AND Hillary. I am sorry, but this fact alone should scare the living daylights out of every true American. A woman who by title of marriage assumed that SHE had the rights and priveledges of our President. SHE WAS NOT ELECTED, but she sure acted like she was and now she does this?

She in fact may be a man because she has more balls than many in either the Executive OR the Legislative branches right now. The shame is that she KNOWS that she will get a pass.

A California appeals court has set oral arguments for an appeal of Sen. Hillary Clinton’s dismissal from a $17 million fraud case in which her husband already is a defendant.

Along with ruling whether the New York Democrat should also be a defendant in the case, the court will be asked to decide whether she committed a felony by soliciting campaign contributions of more than $1.2 million.

As WND has reported, Peter Franklin Paulclaims in his civil fraud suit the former president destroyed his entertainment company to get out of a $17 million deal in which Clinton promised to promote the firm in exchange for stock, cash options and massive contributions to his wife’s 2000 campaign. Paul contends he was directed by the Clintons and Democratic Party leaders to foot the bill for a lavish Hollywood gala and fund-raiser prior to the 2000 election that eventually cost him nearly $2 million.

If she claims to have been a de facto co-president, then a lawsuit should be filed to have her current candidacy void as against the constitution.

The fact that Hillary was not an elected official gives her every right to close her papers. Just like you have every right to do the same.

Our only hope is IF one of her competitors makes this a talking point, which won't happen. Certainly the MSM will report this once then drop the subject.
