I thought Obama was the accidental Senator.
He was a throw away candidate that had no chance of winning against a strong republican with a sexy model wife.
UNTIL in divorce proceedings it was revealed the Republican used to go with his wife to Group Sex clubs. Jerry Ryan was the wife if not mistaken.
Harold Ford was supposed to be the “magic negro” for the party in that season.
The allegation was that Jack Ryan and his wife Jeri were on a trip to Paris, and went to a sex club. In the sex club, Jack allegedly ask Jeri to perform a sex act. Jeri refused and that was it.
This was an allegation raised during the child custody dispute in their divorce. After the proceedings, both Jack and Jeri Ryan asked the court to seal the records to keep allegations like these away from their son. The court agreed to do so.
Unfortunately, this consideration was not good enough for the Chicago Tribune, who demanded that “the public has a right to know” about the allegations and went to court to force it to release the records. (the son be damned)
When the Tribune splashed the allegations across its front page, the Illinois Republican (RINO) Party abandoned Ryan, and he was forced to withdraw. That gave the election to (former coke user) Obama, who received fawning media attention from the Tribune.
