Perhaps I’m a bit apt to side on the child’s side. I’m not really concerned what an illegal immigrant feels are his rights...especially.
We are not discussing what an illegal criminal's feelings are.
We are looking at the case from the eyes of experienced judges and prosecutors.
Given the history of the charges, it is hard for the system to take the claims at face value. Who accuses someone of raping their child and then welcomes that person back into her home?
Surely you can see how the circumstances arouse cynicism.
