These scums are not curable. Lock them up and throw away the keys.
This guy in particular seems very far gone.
“A man who blogs...... lives out of his car”
I guess I’m showing my ignorance, but....?
Probably at the public library. Doesn’t that just fill you with warm fuzzies?
Not the smartest perp. You don’t see robbers blogging about how they desire to steal.
Preemptive castration would seem to be in order here. Not by the state, of course, which has no legal mechanism for this. It would require some civic-minded group of vigilantes to step up to the plate.
His attorney will have this thrown out in no time and he’ll be out on the streets ogling little girls and who knows what in a matter of days.
With the general decline in social mores led by the intellectual elites proceeding as quickly as it is, this pervert will likely be regarded as a great civil rights crusader 20 years from now.
Actually, there was a story yesterday about how the police were scanning “Facebook” and “MySpace” for idiots who post their misdeeds and ill-gottin treasures.
Only in America could you be an unemployed, homeless, pedophile and still have the means to acess the internet and post a blog.
But wait! There’s more! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dDk84IyOsc
Im stoked they got this guy. They need to get the rest of these vermin off the street.
This guy is not a fugitive nor is he wanted for any particular crime; he was, or should have been aware that there was a restraining order on him for this sort of behavior since it was made quite public just recently because he is a frightening presence.
It sounds as though he intentionally showed up in a very public place known to be regularly patrolled with perhaps the intent of being apprehended on the specific violation against which the court publically restrained him.
He either wants to be institutionalized or he simply seeks the notortiety that other wackos have gotten when they breach society’s norms and restrictions.
He is facing a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court at least and can be kept in jail for now.
He’s likely nuts.
Notoriety; sorry for the double press
