Exactly. They aren’t minors. Face it, NBC only shows people who are clearly busted and the vast majority of them plead guilty. This really isn’t debatable. In this last go-round in Texas, the all walked, without prosecution. Zero for 20.

Technically, they did not “walk”. They got busted. They just didn’t serve time.
