I have a question to propose to you about Affirmative Action laws.
As written in the Declaration of Independence, it states that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, ...”
Affirmative Action laws applied in the United States, in my words, state that employers and places of education must choose an under-qualified minority person over an otherwise qualified person. This is in direct conflict with our Declaration.
I would like to know your opinion on this, and what you would possibly do to challenge the legality of it.
