My concern is that Mr. Hunter understand the history, players, motives , tactics, and strategies behind the perfidy that has been, in many respects, deliberately induced the foreign policy crises we face. It isn't enough to have your head screwed on straight unless it is fully apprised. Some of this stuff is very subtle, as you'll see if you read the linked article about the international law and the Second Amendment.

It's worth your time to go over the whole thing carefully. Few understand what a tragedy Mr. Hamilton precipitated, regardless of how desperately we needed money after the Revolution.
