It was pretty painful to watch. Seemed like his first breaking news story (Sunday night guy on call?)

That’s just what I was about to say. “High levels of radiation...” and “perfectly normal” do NOT go together.
To be honest, the reporter should be looking for another career. By any description, that was a terrible report.
