I had joked at the time that I should go down to the White House and test their reaction... but luckily for me I felt too crappy (beat, from no thyroid meds for 4 weeks) to do it. I probably would have been tackled, since I fit the profile the feds use to prove to the jihadis in CAIR that they don't profile. (White, female, middle-aged...)
I still have my "I'm radioactive" letter around here somewhere...

One of the border guards, a Lieutenant or Captain told my wife she needed to carry a letter.
She showed him her medical license but he was still pretty stern about having proof that an RAI actually happened.
