Well, maybe there was radiation but it came from a normal source... fleeing may have had nothing to do with what was in the vehicle, and since it’s an early report, there may have been no fleeing. If nothing else, it might seem to indicate that they are still looking for something even though we heard that security was quickly lowered following the friday evening scare.
Security has NOT been lowered in Manhattan. It’s as high as it was when they discovered the limo bomb plots and survelliance video in Pakistan a couple years ago.
