Arafat’s immune system was already all shot to hell. When we test for HIV we are actually testing for the immune antibody that is made by the body in response to the HIV virus. I would suspect that his ability to have an immune response to anything injected in him for the short time he was in France was very limited. If he had antibodies to HIV he had the virus in his system before his short term stay in France and his death there.
Any Freeper doctors care to comment on this?

In addition he obviously had dementia prior to his death. This is common with end stage HIV infection. His skin was also very mottled, and had the look of Kaposi Sarcoma which is also common with near end stage HIV infection.
Go to google image and type in Kaposi Sarcoma.
