I have heard the word “Bum” come out of the mouths of New Yorkers all my life. Always wondered what New Yorkers consider a “bum”. What’s the NY definition of a “Bum”?

Personally don’t like the idea of Giuliani as the Republican Candidate for the Presidency, so I guess Rangell can call him a “Bum”, and I don’t care.

Rudy's not my guy, but for an elected official to use that word in public is low class.
