A legacy-oriented White House is now shepherding it through a Congress Frantically searching for a legacy in all the wrong places -- amnesty for tens of millions of illegal aliens, the creation of a Palestinian terror state in Israel's backyard, and the undermining of American sovereignty by seeking a global redistribution of America's wealth and power to third-worlders.
There isn't anything even remotely conservative about GWB.
