The worst thing to me about the treaty is that the UN will never again have to beg and scrape for money. It will become fully independent.
If you do not want to live under the UN Charter but rather enjoy our US Constitution, then fight like hell to stop it. Every nation with commercial ships, a coastline or a sea going military force will lose their sovereignty in the blink of an eye.

Have you ever read the un's 'Millennium Project'?
Put it together with their other world wide goals, all their bases will be covered, air, land and sea.
