Ummm. The latino that got shot today by a US border patrol agent, had been arrested 28 times. Police departments let 'em go. The jails and prisons are full. Mostly with illegals. It's a fuster cluck.

I thought the Mexican Govt is charging the Border Patrol Agent with murder in which case he couldn’t be released.
