"I have impressed upon Captain Stone the fact that the Marine Corps' investigation into the Haditha incident has been driven solely by the interests of justice.

I wish I could agree with the Lt. Gen. on this one, but I cannot. NCIS impact on this investigation should not be shoved under the rug. There needs to be a reckoning.
