So he’s post-operative transgendered? But he did the operation himself???? ouch?????

Political correctness says we need to be tolerant and compassionate towards him, but are we going to set legal precedents here that prisoners have “rights” to trans-gendered operations and trans-gendered medical treatments?

It’s one thing for folks in S.F. to get these operations but another for a prisoner, who has committed some crime to be locked up in the first place, to have “rights” to trans-gendered services.

Hillary Clinton will appoint judges who will take the liberal position on any issues like this that come up.

Federal district Judge Mikel Williams ruled on Friday that the Idaho Department of Correction must provide an inmate with estrogen therapy.

Judge Mikel, on his recent hianus to the Left Coast, was spotted participating in his favorite pastime - rollerblading.

The crazed spree killer, Richard Speck, was a prison b#tch who took female hormones in order to grow breasts and smooth his skin. There was some horrible video of him in his “female” state, doing drugs and sex, shot within Joliet prison. Aside from the grotesque nature of the video, one thing that stuck with me was Speck saying into the camera, “If people knew how good I have it in prison, they’d let me out”. Prison is an alternate reality. How can they parole people like this back into normal society?
Yet, the U.S. parole boards do it every single day.

Now, some bleeding heart judge will order the state to pay for this prison b#tch to have the hormones so that he can play all he wants in there. Beyond the beyonds.

Actually.... He was appointed in 1984. Here's an extract of his bio.

Prior to his appointment as a Magistrate Judge, Judge Williams was a partner in the Boise law firmof Collins, Manly and Williams. I have never understood why tax monies should enable people who willingly choose to be side-show freaks.

And that was unreasonable... why?

If s/he mutilated heim/herself (removed the hormone-producing organs), why must the state pay for reconstruction? Why does the perpetrator get to choose the replacement option?

Heck, using this logic, I can run a small restaurant business into the ground, and ask the government to replace it with a different business, "since inside I always felt like a venture capitalist". To deny my request is cruel and unusual punishment.

(Hopefully someone with a better biology background can explain why hormones are needed at all.)

So this is where our funds both Federal and state go to that are diverted from things like rebuilding bridges and other urgent and important infrastructure needs. HMMM. Sorry. The public is not largely served by this man's/woman's hormone treatments--not ever (in jail or othewise). They are largely served by having a stable infrastructure in which to live. Priorities.
