He’s a former DOJ lawyer who should know better. The zipoid sleazeball still doesn’t understand the President has the constitutional right to hire and fire U.S. attorneys at his will. Shame the damn fool can’t understand that, but what do you expect from the DOJ anyway? All of them are really stupid, otherwise, they would be out on their own making a real living instead of slurping on the government’s teat. I’m beginning to think Mr. Bush needs to ween quite a few more of these crybabies/dimocraps from the DOJ, and soon.
