Sacrificing the conservative domestic agenda the way GWB has for the great god Democracy! in Iraq seems to be a very short-sighted and counter productive strategy. I really don’t feel better to know that women in Iraq can vote for their choice in sharia-law administrators when socialism is advancing so well under George W Bush. Seems like a bad deal to me. I’d prefer to see an actual conservative domestic agenda advanced in this country and see Americans freed from their bondage to the government than see more police trained and mroe madrassas built in Iraq.
Will there be terrorist attacks? Of course, it's a very violent act. But continually bombing them and occupying their lands isn't exactly making friends is it? How long we been doing that? How's that working out? And continually dredging up one specific terrorist attack, while very tragic, to justify aggressive Wilsonian adventurism is getting quite lame
