That’s a possibility. However, the article says she was hospitalized, so there will be information on her condition to be presented to the grand jury. If he’s not indicted, that would indicate the evidence was inadequate to support the charges.

If hes not indicted, that would indicate the evidence was inadequate to support the charges. I have no personal knowledge about this case, but a non-indictment could also mean the prosecutor doesn't want one.
