OH, for goodness's sake! He "allegedly" beat a person who made a request he didn't like. I strongly doubt her race or manner of dressing was a key facter.

When she asked Alfaro, who was on the phone, to put it out, they got into a verbal fight. [Emphasis added.]
A black lesbian asked someone to put out a cigar?
Wonder how she asked.

Agreement bump.

If he hit her 25 times or more, her face would look like a bloody pulp. Even money says she doesn’t have a mark on her.

It wouldn’t surprise me if she’d “asked” rudely ... what with the way so many people act these days ... but assuming her story is anything like being true, it sounds like the guy was drunk, and would have beat up anyone but a model in a bikini.

That’s a possibility. However, the article says she was hospitalized, so there will be information on her condition to be presented to the grand jury. If he’s not indicted, that would indicate the evidence was inadequate to support the charges.

Isn’t there something in the non-ping contract that states you should be pinged every time the word “lesbian” appears in the headline?
To: Daffynition
Was there any more witnesses besides her relatives at that pool?It sounds just to fishy to me..She might have been beat up but was it by the police officer..or was it by someone that had no money so she could not sue for damages..

It appears she doesn’t like cigars. Unlike an intern I seem to remember......

I thjink there is a lot more to this story than we are getting...

The officer at the end of the day got paid for beating me, Vaughan said. The technical term for this sort of thing, in employment placement circles, is "perk."

I strongly doubt her race or manner of dressing was a key facter.Well, if this statement from the story is true, then both would be considered factors....
Vaughans statement said Alfaro then used the N-word against Vaughan, who is black, and made comments about Vaughans appearance, saying You wanna look like a man, Im gonna treat you like a man.
To: CTOCS
Even if he just slapped her; THAT'S STILL ASSAULT IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
Alfaro was arrested last week and charged with aggravated assault and evading and resisting arrest.
A cop evading and resisting arrest? Sounds like the guy definitely has some "issues". Does anyone know if the cop and/or his family came here leagally?

We heard the same things allegedly about the Duke Lacrosse players. I’ll wait and see what the truth eventually shakes out to be.

I agree with you on this one. In the first place he probably was violating the rules by smoking a cigar at a public pool thats not something I would call a heinous crime although I might find a smelly cigar rather annoying and might have asked him to put it out if smoking wasnt allowed.
It sounds to me like this cop has a real anger management problem. Even if she was black and a lesbian and even if she was extremely rude to him, she didnt deserve to be beaten like that. Sounds like this guy has a bit of a hair tigger and as a cop, I would expect him to show some more restraint than this.
Im not black or a lesbian but I do drive a Subaru and have a golf lisence plate holder. Id sure hate to be pulled over for exceeding the speed limit by this jerk. Hello officer, what seems to be the problem? Take this you Subaru golf-loving lesbo! Smack, pummel smack wack
