My favourite city in the world is Quebec
It's a nice city, but unfortunately they have the worst Islamic immigrant problems (Ontario a close second) due to their immigration policies, which they copy from France. Not near as bad as Michigan though, but getting there. Rural Quebec is nice, but from what I see on Canadian news, they are being labeled racists for trying to preserve their CANADIAN culture from immigrants.
