Most people in the country (no doubt where the birdwatchers watch birds) do NOT keep their dogs confined. That’s one reason why they move to the country—or so they say.

Yeah, we had occasional problems with people’s dogs when we lived in a rural area. There are alot of people out there who think that the world revolves around them.
