What REALLY caught my eye was, while defending the Sgt's right to speak his his mind, the poster (The Populist) spouted off this little gem:
This young man was simply trying to say that the surge was working, whether he is correct or not, is of no concern of mine at all.
Right there, my fellow Freepers, is at the core of the Iraq debate for the Left.
