Really? I've always found their stats to be fairly accurate... I'll keep a sharper eye when using them, thanks.

It relies on people actively using a toolbar that sends web usage info to their servers. It's likely that people use it unwittingly, and uninstall it after the privacy implications (without any real benefit) become known.
