That said, PR is dead wrong re: FR and its' impact. It is truly a wonderful site and the modern day equivalent of the townhall meeting where the people could voice their opninion in 2-way dialogs.
The old MSM is strictly one-way and is dying...thank God!
My concern with some of the sites I discussed above is that for ten long years, they haven’t been giving our people Web experiences that teach them how to be more than simple readers.
Complacency kills.
This forum ain't what it used to be. The IQ level here has dropped precipitiously since I joined. Lots of highly intelligent, articulate, engaging Freepers don't come here much any more. They have moved on. The simple readers don't miss them.
While you're patting your own back with one hand and tapping away at your keyboard to flame me, be thinking of ways to make FR a force multiplier in the War of Ideas.

This article is to marginalize the #1 conservative forum in the nation (per a recent article #8 conservative site overall)
However CNN does not cover FR beause it bootstraps these articles with a MEME. “FR is marginal”
rinse and repeat.
We need to FReep the CNN and PMSNBC to force them to acknowlege us.
(BTW remember when Rush made fun of the typical FR poster? Not so much now.)
