Oh, that oughta be nice, are you going to get to train with them?
Thanks, they are making me crazy, they cried all night last night. They are nice and quiet in the daytime, sleep, etc, and then at night....they turn into weregoldens!

That's Tori on the right, and a much younger and pudgier Ruby on the left. Tori has been having some soundness problems lately, but it seems like she's pretty well recovered now. Still, she's 6 years old and has her HRCH already, I think they feel like it's time to start another dog along . . . . < g >
I had really good luck with a whiney Ruby by playing a radio for her. She still got us up at 5:30 a.m. for a long while, but that was because she didn't want to wet her crate. Now she can hold it all night long. She has turned out to be a ferocious chewer . . . we put her to bed with two Nylabones and an elk antler, but still had to get her the Orvis 'chew proof' bed, then she managed to unzip the zipper. So I sewed the zipper flap down, and that seemed to stop her, at least temporarily.
She tested into Intermediate Obedience last week (much to MY shock!) I put her into the only puppy obedience course I could find awhile back, she did o.k., but now I've got her with the best school in town. She definitely needs more work. She had her first puppy retrieving seminar Saturday (where the water pictures were taken) and she did fine, but she was nonplussed by live pigeons and hid behind Mama. Definitely got to get her some recently deceased ducks . . . .
