I have to agree about shipping canned fish to a 110 degree environment. A good alternative would be a selection of Louisiana style hot sauces:

Check the grocery store, there should be several brands offered.

Spam didn’t ruin when the troops used it in WWII... Since this stuff is precooked and then sealed I bet it won’t ruin but it wouldn’t hurt to ask the MFG for recommendations on that type shipment. Bet it gets shipped in the US via 18 wheelers that get very hot when closed. jmo.....
