I just don't understand why, despite all of CAIR members involvement and links to Islamic terrorism that the Government hasn't shut it down long ago.

CAIR has not been touched because there is a kinder-gentler President on their side. Bush is part of the Texas-Arab cabal that was formed in the nineteen seventies and included the Bentsen, Baker, Connelly, Hunt families and hundreds of lesser lights in the Houston region. They made friends with the Bin Laden, Bin Mahfouz, alAmoudi, Khashoggui, Pharaon rat pack. The CIA played footsie with Kamal Adham and then Prince Turki. The State Department kowtows to the Saudi and other Gulf “royal families.” Following 9/11, it was the Texas cabal that halted the in-depth investigation of a score of Saudi miscreants, including the Arabs noted above, and their banks. One of the biggest supporters of Islamic terrorists was the Kuwait Finance House, a Muslim Brother outfit, just as CAIR is, and it has never been touched. It is frightening just how much influence Saudi money and Saudi oil has in Washington. Don’t believe it? Just check the Saudi payoffs received by the Akin, Gump lawfirm in Washington, and Baker, Botts in Texas.
