Which other Constitutional Rights shall we also then eliminate?
The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Please site that part of The Constitution which protects the practice of terrorism.
Bravo! I guess we should amend the Constitution to say “Freedom of speech, worship, assembly, and press is only applicable to the following groups...”
Ban Islam, they’ll be coming for the Christians next.
Bank on it.

Michael, That's a good question, but there has to be some rational and constitutionally acceptable way to differentiate between religions at whose core are murder and violence, and those with a somewhat more benign belief system. Based on what a Muslim is supposed to do, if he is indeed an observant Muslim, the practice of Islam already *IS* illegal (see my tagline). If you don't believe me, go read the koran for yourself. If you're still not convinced, look around the world in the places where Muslims have achieved a "critical mass" of about 12% of the population or more. It's "Islam in action" ... nothing but murder and intimidation ... Cheers, Paul |
There's no "consitutional right" to Islam in this country. Read what Thomas Jefferson, for example, had to say about Islam, or John Adams. Permitting Islam the great enemy of western civilization, in the United States would have been anathema to those who wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
They recognized, unlike most people today, that Islam is a violent, imperialist, totalitarian political movement, as well as a religion.
