I went to college (a military school) with an Erik Christensen, whose name was listed as a ltc cdr. That would be #7 of 26 I gaduated with dead in the GWOT. Damnit if that’s really him. he was # 3 in the whole college class for 1995.

Greetings Freeper Canteeners and a bog Howdy y'all. It's time for the Friday Flyby. Tonight the Flyby is cortesy of Rusty over in Wale. ol Rusty got luck last Monday with a vertible cornucopia of aircraft on the RAF's low level route in Wales. I have had the honor of posting a few of his pics before on the Canteen and I must say it is a real treat.

So on with the pics.

First two pics tonight are of a rather rare bird on the Low Level Route, an A-10 Warthog out of Spang, Gremany got to make the most out of trip to Great Britian and Rusty got a few pics of 'em

Remember our intrepid photographer is sitting on the side of a hill to get these pics!!!

A couple of shots of the BAE Hawk are next on the list.

This Hawk is a variant that the Indian Air Force uses IIRC

A pair of USAF C-130 Hercules transports make a run through the exercise area for some low level refersher work.

To close out the Flyby we have a great shot of an RAF Tornado helping to keep the sheep warm down below.
