Global warming hasnothing to do with trade.

We don’t need to “pull them in”. We need to change our trade policies to wok in interest of all Americans, not just financial traders and Walmart.

Actually, I believe it can be a tool to control trade. If I wanted to control trade, I’d control as many aspects of the manufacturing & supply elements as I could. If I can’t directly effect one part (supply), then I’d try and control another (manufacturing via Environment).

I do agree with you on not pulling others into this garbage though.

? Global warming is a business.

If the regulations that we have to play by are more stringent than theirs (they have none) our producers are at an initial disadvantage. There are other major issues like currency manipulation but the fact is these 'environmental requirements' almost always boil down to one form of tax or another.
