Is that quarterly, or just an example? What’s the purpose of the axis labels along the bottom? (other than the obvios). I’m trying to relate it to the Y-axis numbers.

Politicians today, of course, don’t want you to know about the cost of regulation, red tape, and a bloated unelected bureaucracy driving up production costs here in the US.
Just try looking for a middle class in most of these “open” countries.
