Best thing is to stand next to an air conditioner.

And if that doesn’t work, shower with your clothes on.

And if that doesn’t work, shower with your clothes on AND stand in front of the air conditioner.

That is one reason I am glad to have an office job. The AC is nice.

I just don't think I'd like to be outside working in this heat.

It's bad enough having to do lawn work on weekends, but I do the jobs I wouldn't let illegals do for me. ☺☺
